Return & Refund Policies
Customers may absolutely request a refund if the items have not shipped, we will automatically refund any order.
For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 3 business days of customer receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with bill of sale. Returned items must be unused and undamaged. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuance of refunds, credits, or exchanges. Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via a traceable means. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, unless return is due to a mistake made by us, i.e. we shipped incorrect or defective product, then we will pay all return shipping expenses. A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
All problems with orders must be reported within 3 business days of receiving product. No unauthorized returns and No returns on used merchandise. Orders sent back without return authorization number will be refused 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits or product reshipment.
Make sure you know the law about importation in your country. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.
